John E. Lawson, III, is an Account Manager at Steel Tower Investments. In this role, John provides clients with a single point of contact for all account administration needs. He fosters a seamless client experience, including by enabling smooth onboarding, liaising with financial institutions on clients’ behalf, making it easy to sign digital documents, and providing secure digital communications.
Prior to joining Steel Tower, John honed his client service skills in retail management and as a teller at Citizens Financial Group. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Robert Morris University in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, in 2022. In his free time, John enjoys playing golf and being outdoors.
